At Edziban, we celebrate the flavours, stories, and spirit of West Africa — with Ghana at the heart of every plate. Our dishes honour the food we grew up with: smoky kyinkyinga (Ghana’s famous spiced grilled meat), rich and soulful stews, plantains fried to perfection.
While our roots are proudly Ghanaian, we embrace the shared tastes that connect our West African neighbours — from the heat of Nigerian peppers to the spice blends of Sierra Leone. Every bite is a love letter to the region, crafted with the care and warmth you’d expect from a family kitchen back home.
